We are moving to Portland! (Here’s the backstory.)

We are looking to rent an apartment or house in late April / early May.

Musts:

• Rent, not own.
• Rent no more than $1100
• Ground floor
• 2 bedrooms (it’s OK if one of them is small, though)
• Windows on at least two sides.
• Pet friendly. We have 2 cats and will have 1 dog in the future.
• 1 parking spot for a compact car
• In the green or yellow zone of the map below (or Sellwood)

Would be nice if:

• No lawn
• Cozy (less than 800 sq. ft.)
• In the green zone of the map below
